A BLAKE MAP OF GOLGONOOZA
My first artist’s map is a reflection upon William Blake’s imaginary city of Golgonooza – a fourfold London.
The map is printed on two sides with gold highlights and was made in collaboration with writer Henry Eliot. It was commissioned by the Blake Society in 2015.
The reverse side (pictured above) includes reference to the time Blake lived away from London in the rural Felpham.
The artwork comes in the form of a folded map or a poster map.
I also have the original artwork which can be seen by arrangement.
